Family-owned Title Insurance Agency Honors Escrow Officer Socrates Olivero For His Diligence, Work Ethic, and Moral-Boosting Attitude During Recent Months
Sunnyside Title Insurance Agency announced today its plans to honor employee Socrates Olivero for his diligence and continued effort in the workplace throughout the new work landscape caused by the novel coronavirus. Formerly a title escrow officer within the agency, 26-year-old Olivero has been making a transition into sales, balancing aspects of both positions over recent months. Olivero has consistently opened new accounts for Sunnyside Title throughout the COVID-19 pandemic event, and diligently closes between four and five files per day.
Olivero has also been noted by both his clients and coworkers as a positive force throughout the agency, especially during the recent transition to more remote work. This transition was made in order to adhere to state and federal public health and safety recommendations, all while continuing to operate as an essential business during COVID-19.
“Socrates is a ray of sunshine in the office. He is always smiling, and brings a very optimistic attitude to work every day,” said Robert and Angela Viggiano, owners and co-founders of Sunnyside Title Agency. “He has been a consistent team player and morale booster amongst our employees, especially during this time, which we are extremely grateful for.”
“[Olivero] always has a calming presence, and is extremely on-point with his work,” stated an anonymous client. “He has a great attitude when working, and a very positive and professional demeanor.”
Being an avid Denver Broncos fan, Olivero was gifted with tickets to a National Football League 2020 season game between the Broncos and the New York Jets, amongst other gifts to honor his work and dedication.
“I am incredibly humbled to be honored,” said Olivero, “I would like to thank the Viggianos for awarding me with this recognition.”
The transition into sales has felt natural for Olivero, who looks to apply his competitive mindset to a new field of work.
“I knew when making the transition that sales is a competitive field, but I feel as though I have the skillset, determination, and attitude to succeed,” continued Olivero, “I have been spending a lot of time watching “The Last Dance” [Michael Jordan documentary] recently, and I know that I want to continue growing without fearing that I missed the opportunity to succeed at something new.”
