HACKENSACK, N.J., April 29, 2020 – Amidst the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Sunnyside Title Agency has successfully implemented new safety precautions to protect both its clients and employees while conducting business. Beginning in the second weekend of March, Sunnyside Title has kept over two-thirds of its employees on their payroll and has introduced comprehensive health and safety practices within its Hackensack headquarters as an essential New Jersey business.
The agency has begun conducting meetings online via Zoom or Facetime, with in-person meetings and mortgage closings happening in accordance with social distancing guidelines. Each room within the office is completely disinfected after each session, and every client and employee is given a new mask and pair of gloves upon entry to the building.

Still generating new business, Sunnyside has also worked to broadcast these practices to clients via building signage and email notifications. They are also assisting clients with refinancing options to help them through the ever-changing financial landscape created as a result of the novel coronavirus.
